We offer exchange within 7 days of delivery only if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Exchange is allowed in case of size issue or damaged item.
Customers must contact us with order details before sending back the parcel.

6. No Cash Refund
We do not offer cash refunds. Only exchange will be available according to our exchange policy.
