Exchange Policy

We offer exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

• Product unused, unwashed, and in original condition hona chahiye.
• Size issue ya defective item ki صورت me exchange available hoga.
• Exchange ke liye order number aur product ki photo share karna zaroori hoga.

Exchange Process:

• Exchange request ke liye humein WhatsApp / Facebook page inbox par message karein.
• Hamari team details verify karne ke baad exchange process guide karegi.
• Customer ko parcel original packing me wapas bhejna hoga.

Important:

• Delivery charges non-refundable hain.
